A Mulled Wine Recipe

This Delicious mulled wine recipe is approximately 15 servings. However, it is easily scalable to produce more.

 Ingredients

2 oranges
1 lemon (peel only)
150g caster sugar
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
2 bottles of fruity, unoaked red wine
Optional: 2 tbsp. of Grand Marnier

2 litres of Cider
6 cloves
3-4 star anise
¼ nutmeg finely grated
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange (juice of)
2 clementine’s (juice of)
4–5 tablespoons caster sugar
